Finals Week Day trip to Skaneateles Lake ~Syracuse, NY

My friends and I are planning to do a day trip to Skaneateles Lake during finals week. We got our inspo from this TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@peaceful.wanders/video/7613973774249053454?_r=1&_t=ZP-95hmeXdFzx8
It's about an hour and a half from Binghamton, so we are planning to leave at 10:30 AM and we would get there around noon. We may go on a 7brew run beforehand and then we are just going to drive, enjoy the scenery, and vibe to some music.
First Stop:
We are going to set up a little picnic and sit by water, then we can eat and relax before walking along the pier. Skaneateles lake is known for its clear blue waters so we are excited!
Then, we are going to walk around downtown, look at cute boutique shops, and take pictures.

Next:
Make sure to bring good shoes and lots of water! It is a quick 0.5 mile hike up to the waterfall and will probably take 30 min to an hour.
Finally:
Time to return back to Binghamton... we will leave around 4:30 or 5:00 pm to make it back just in time to whip up something quick for dinner.
